FOURMACJA Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds: “Transformation of FOURMACJA Sp. z o.o. through the robotization and automation of production and business processes”.

The project aims to implement the roadmap for FOURMACJA’s transformation toward Industry 4.0.

Tasks carried out within the project include:

• Conducting a technological audit/digital diagnosis of the company, along with developing a transformation roadmap toward Industry 4.0.
• Acquisition and installation of fixed assets, purchase of intangible assets, and execution of installation construction works. The equipment to be purchased includes a semi-automatic screen printing machine, a cutter, a compressor, an automatic feeder, a machine for baking smooth wafers (with a conveyor belt, transfer robot, and wafer-edge trimming guillotine), and a machine for baking smooth wafer sheets (with automatic batter dosing and automatic removal of baked sheets from molds).

Expected outcomes of the project:

• Increase in employment – 2 new positions

• Implementation of two process innovations

• Introduction of product innovations – 2 new products

The project will streamline the production and packaging processes and indirectly improve quality control. By significantly automating edible paper production, the company will also introduce new edible paper-based products to the market. The project will benefit FOURMACJA’s employees and management team, as well as customers (including accessibility of products for people with special needs and website accessibility for people with disabilities).

European Funds contribution: PLN 1,334,875.00
